1st National Conference on Contemporary Issues in Social & Applied Sciences (NCCISAS)

The Academy of IRMBR 1st National Conference on Contemporary Issues in Social & Applied Sciences (NCCISAS) will be held on 29th and 30th December 2023 in Islamabad Pakistan. The conference theme is "National Conference on Contemporary Issues in Social & Applied Sciences (NCCISAS)". The Academy of IRMBR conference brings together academicians and professionals from various business and economics disciplines to share latest research findings and brainstorm new research ideas across disciplines. The Academy of IRMBR Conference is a unique forum for academicians and professionals with cross-disciplinary interests to meet and interact with each other. Research papers using theoretical, quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods approaches are encouraged as are those using interdisciplinary approaches. Selected Manuscript will be published in HEC Recognized journal of Academy of IRMBR & ASSAR Council

Authors can submit their paper for conference on any topic of Social sciences. Following topic are provided for the convenient of authors.

However authors are not only restricted to these areas of Science they can send their paper relating to any area of Social and Applied Science if not mentioned above.

Conference Scope

(1)   The NCCISAS Conference invites submission of academic and professional research papers/abstracts from the full range of business and economics disciplines, including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Financial Economics, Accounting and Economics, Organizational Behaviour, Marketing, Business Ethics, General Management, Strategic Management, Operations Management, Public Sector Management, and other related topics. Research papers/abstracts cutting across business and non-business disciplines (e.g., Education, IR, Law, Politics, Psychology, Sociology, etc.) are also welcome.


(2)   The NCCISAS Conference encourages discussion on the latest research-in-progress. For those authors who cannot submit full papers, they can present their latest findings at the NCCISAS Conference if their abstracts are accepted. In these cases only the peer reviewed abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.

(3)   Interested parties without papers/abstracts for presentation are also invited to participate attendees at the NCCISAS Conference by registering themself. 

Submission Guidelines

(1)   Submit full paper/abstract (in MS Word) via email attachment to ircmbr@academyirmbr.com

(2)   Full papers/abstracts received by the deadline will be (double-blind) peer-reviewed by an internal panel on a rolling basis, with the notification of acceptance/rejection being issued within 14 days of receiving the submission.

(3) In case your paper/abstract is multi-authored, the submitting author will serve as the corresponding author, who has the responsibility to forward all correspondences to his/her co-authors (e.g., acceptance/rejection emails).

Publication Opportunities

(1) Publication at NCCISAS Conference Proceedings:

Full papers accepted for the NCCISAS Conference will be considered for publication in Academy of IRMBR and ASSAR Council.

(2) The conference advisory board of  NCCISAS Committee Members will select papers from the conference to be considered for publication in following journals:

Best Paper Awards


Approximately 10% of the papers accepted for presentation at the conference will be selected as best papers for their outstanding contributions to interdisciplinary research. A certificate will be issued to the award-winning authors.

Important Dates

Deadline for submission of paper/abstract:              20th December 2023  

Notification of acceptance/rejection:                       Within 07 days of receiving the abstarct or full lenght paper.

Deadline for early-bird registration:                        10th December 2023
 
Conference dates:                                                      29 & 30th December 2023

Registration Fee

All conference participants must pay the registration fee. For each paper/abstract, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. Fee include Conference day Tea/Lunch and Conference Materials (Conference Bag, Abstract Book, Pen/Pad CD). For all participants with or without papers/abstracts for presentation at the NCCISS Conference, the registration fee is:

  • Early-bird Registration Fee (Before September 4th 2023):    USD 200 (Foreign) and PKR 6000 (Faculty National) 
  • Regular Registration Fee (After 4th September 2023):          USD 400 (Foreign) and PKR 8000 (Faculty National) 
  • For Student the Registreration Fee is PKR 4000. 
  • For Participants the registeration fee is PKR 2000.

Terms and conditions:

1. The registration fee includes: conference attendance,  conference material, Print/Online copies of the proceedings to respective authors. 
2. If the same attending author will present more than one paper, the fee for each additional paper is USD 200 (Foreign) and PKR 4000 (National). 
3. If your paper is multi-authored and more than one author, for every additional author US $ 100 (Foreign) and PKR 3000 (National) will be paid etc in case they need conference materials.
4. The registration fee does not include publication charges.
