International Review of Management
and Business Research (IRMBR) is an international open-access
journal, published quarterly in March, June, September and
December in both online and print version. It invites research
papers on various research themes relevant to business and
management. The journal is interested in
publishing research papers that provides sound and clear
theoretical insights with practical implications for the
business and societal well being. As per the title of the journal,
it calls for papers on any business or management topic that
challenges the traditional wisdom of the readers.
The aim of International Review of
Management and Business Research (IRMBR) is to be a unique
journal in its provision of extra ordinary services like quick
