How Office Design Effect on Employee Performance in the Restaurant Sectors of Pakistan

There are many variables that directly impact on office design that how to increase the productivity at workplace these variables directly impact on employee’s performance levels these variables are office design, job performance, work environment and productivity. In this research researcher used the quantitative technique to collect the data from respondent and taking the sample size of 100. There are 20 questionnaires are prepared, make four questions from each variables and these questionnaire are filled from the restaurant sectors at the region of district Okara, Pakistan. Further in this study SPSS software is utilized to calculate the alpha, correlation, regression result and to see the performance of all variables. Key Words: Productivity, Office Design, Work Environment, Job Performance.

Impact of Internet on Education, Business and Society. A Research in the Education Sector of the Pakistan

The purposes of this research and findings was to explore and compare the effects of Internet on business, society and education like teaching and knowledge systems and out-dated teaching on students. How the internet is significantly impact on the students’ performance their study information’s how they complete their homework and assignments through internet (Dr. Krismant Whattananarong). The study will be reliable for students that how the internet is improved the education system the purpose of the study was to check the role of the internet in the field of the business. How the business was the work or improved through internet and how the internet helpful for the society. The research model shows that there was one independent variable internet and its impact on the three dependents variables education, business, society The population was unknown and so there was none probability sampling. The sampling size was 60 and the data was collected from the students who were taking the master classes like MBA, BBA and IT because the research was conducted in the education sector. The results of this research was derived through the use of IBM SPSS Statistics software. The results of all variables were calculated through SPSS and all results were positive and significant. Key Words: Education, Business, Society, Communication, Groups, Loneliness, Development of Students, Self-learning.

Impact of Corruption on the Poverty through the Moderating Role of Economic Growth in the Local Area of Pakistan

The aim of the study to determine the relationship between corruption and poverty through economic growth. Data was collected through questionnaire on five point Likert scale from 90 respondents by using convenience sampling technique. Data is collected from the local population of Okara who have the clear know how about the topic. This study is conducted with the reference of Pakistan. Correlation and regression analysis were used as statistical tests. Through regression analysis it was found that corruption had strong positive significant relationship with poverty whereas economic growth had weak relationship with poverty. The correlation analysis found that the significant relationship between the corruption, economic growth and poverty. The Cronbach alpha reliability is 0.606, it concludes that corruption have positive relationship with poverty. After finding the relationship we sketch our conclusion and propose that private Anti-corruption initiatives and civic schooling crusade/programmes should be strengthen and forced in to address the reason of fraud quite than its effects. SPSS version 16 is used for data analysis and End-Note version six is use for citations and references. Key Words: Corruption, Economic Growth, Poverty, Local Area, Pakistan.

Impact of Job Satisfaction on Job Performance in Educational Sector of Pakistan

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance. In this study job satisfaction is the independent variable and job performance is dependent variable. This study is the quantitative research. Questionnaire used for data collection and data collection involve in the Educational sector of Pakistan. In this study sample size of 100 lecturers of the Government Educational sector of the Pakistan used. Different data analysis used in this study. Job satisfaction have positive impact on job performance. This study directed in the relation of Pakistan. It resulted that job satisfaction have significant impact on job performance. Interior Design and Its Impact on Employees' Productivity in Telecom Sector, Pakistan

Well interior design is required to enhance employees’ productivity in every sector either manufacturing or service. Three dimensions of interior design were used in this research paper like Internal Relation, Outside View and Color. The main Objective of this present study is to observe the relationship between office interior design and employees’ productivity. In this Study the data was composed from the employees of telecom sector of Okara division in Punjab. 100 sample size was used to conduct this research paper. Primary data was collected through Questionnaire. Reliability, Correlation and regression analysis were used by SPSS to recognize the influence of interior design on employees’ productivity. Results of this study showed that interior design has positive link with employees’ productivity. Key Words: Internal Relation, Outside View, Color, Productivity and Telecom Sector.

“The Impact of Terrorism in Perspectives of Sport” (Focusing Pakistan)

In this study, review of the literature has been done which revels entirely negative impact of terrorism in perspectives of the economy with focus on the sport. On one hand, sport is the activity that offers open platform to the people from all ages, all section, all classes and all social groups of the society to come together, to have interaction and get recreation. But on the other, terrorism represents tragic situation which is full of terror, fear, and calamities. Terrorism has now been a global menace that has shown devastating impact upon all aspects of life. With reference to the causative factors behind the onset of the menace of terrorism, the study reveals that poverty, lawlessness, injustice, corruption, maladministration in the socioeconomic system and illiteracy were the basic reasons. Pakistan has been the worst victim of the terrorism on account of the fact that it has been the “Front-line” state in the war against terror. We in Pakistan have paid huge toll in the shape of loss of tens of thousands of innocent lives and valuable property. During 2003-2016, the death toll of the civilians, personnel of law enforcing agencies and armed forces, and terrorists has crossed the figure of 59694 casualties. In addition to that, since the incident of the terrorist attack on the Sri Lankan Cricket team in Lahore in 2009, Pakistan has been made deprived of hosting the scheduled international sport competition resulting in loss of huge foreign exchange.
