The primary aim of this article is to focus on relationship between reward management system and turnover intension in insurance sector of Pakistan. The Market and Transformation of Quince in Several Regions of Mexico and Spain
Quince is an underappreciated fruit in the USA (Postman, 2009) and in Mexico causing in the latter an impact on the cultural and family traditions in different regions where this fruit is cultivated. With this in mind research has found the importance of analyzing the transformation and the potential market of the fruit and its derivatives in the market of Chihuahua, Mexico and Valencia, Spain. To this end research was carried out on processors and consumers in these locations and also in Cordoba, Spain, due to the fact that in Valencia quince is produced in small quantities and is not processed. Results show that both markets accepted products derived from Quince, while fresh fruit consumption was not accepted in the community of Valencia, Spain. Also, the transformation of the fruit is mainly done by family businesses which were formally established. One can observe major differences in both countries, especially in aspects of certification and exportation of their products. Key Words: Quince, Market, Marketing, Market segmentation, Chain Value.
